Abstract

"CARTUCHO DE TINTA PARA IMPRESSORA DE JATO DE TINTA" Esta invenção refere-se a um cartucho de tinta para impressora de jato de tinta, em que o cartucho de tinta compreende principalmente uma câmara de armazenamento de tinta (18) com duas partes individualmente montadas: uma válvula de ajuste de alimentação de tinta (2) e uma válvula de ajuste de entrada de ar (1). A válvula de ajuste de alimentação de tinta (2) compreende um corpo de válvula (11), filmes frontal e traseiros (12, 13) e uma malha de filtro (7) e no corpo da válvula (11), pelo menos duas câmaras de tinta (5) que são divididas e ambas as câmaras de tinta (5) são comunicantes por meio de um ou mais canais de tinta (6). A entrada de tinta (15) da válvula de ajuste de alimentação de tinta (2) fica situada na porção de recesso mais baixa da câmara de tinta (18), enquanto a saída de tinta (16) está conectada à porta de alimentação de tinta (14) do cartucho de tinta. A válvula de ajuste de entrada de ar (1) que é construída de um núcleo de válvula (8), uma base de válvula (9) e uma cobertura de válvula (10) está conectada à abertura de entrada de ar (17) da câmara de armazenamento de tinta (18). A pressão de funcionamento da válvula é ajustada pelo núcleo de válvula (8) elástico.
