Abstract

MéTODO PARA FAZER SUPORTE DE CATALISADOR, SUPORTE DE CATALISADOR, PROCESSO PARA HIDROGENAçãO DE CARGA DE MONóXIDO DE CARBONO é provido um método para fazer um suporte de catalisador, e inclui as etapas de prover uma suspensão aquosa de óxido inorgânico refratário e carboneto inorgânico refratário; formar a suspensão em gotículas; expor as gotículas a um agente de gelificação pelo que as gotículas são pelo menos parcialmente solidificadas de modo a prover porções substancialmente no formato de esfera de óxido inorgânico refratário e carboneto inorgânico refratário; e secar e calcinar as porções no formato de esfera de modo a prover partículas substancialmente esféricas de suporte de catalisador contendo óxido inorgânico refratário e carboneto inorgânico refratário. Fases de metal cataliticamente ativas e processos de hidrogenação utilizando o catalisador também são descritos.
