Abstract

AçO PARA PRODUçãO DE UM MEMBRO SOLDáVEL E MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE MEMBROS DE AçO. A presente invenção refere-se a um aço soldável de alta resistência e alta dureza e um método de fabricação de membros de peças de máquinas. O aço consiste essencialmente em, % em peso, C: 0,10-0,16%, Si: 0,05-0,50%, Mn: 1,3-2,3%, Cu: até 0,5%, Ni: até 0,5%, Cr: até 0,5%, Mo: até 0,3% e Ti: 0,025-0,035%, e o saldo sendo Fe e as inevitáveis impurezas, e satisfazendo a condição de que a susceptibilidade às trincas e soldagem, Pcm, definida de fórmula 1A abaixo seja menor que 0,35, e a condição de que o manganês equivalente, Mneq, definido pela fórmula 2A abaixo seja maior que 2,0. 1A:Pcm=C(%)+Si(%)/30+Mn(%)/20+Ni(%)/60+Cr(%)/20+Mo(%)/15+ Cu(%)/20 2A: Mneq = Mn(%)+Cu(%)+Ni(%)/2+Cr(%)+Mo(%)
