Abstract
"SEPARAçãO DE UM ROTOR DE TURBINA TIPO FRANCIS". A presente invenção se refere a um rotor separado para uma turbina de tipo Francis que apresenta seguimentos de rotor, os quais são adaptados de modo a serem unidos através das partes de confrontação da superfície destes, de modo a formar um rotor composto apresentando uma coroa, uma cinta e uma pluralidade de pás que se estendem entre a coroa e a cinta. As porções da superfície de confronto dos seguimentos do rotor estão localizadas somente nas porções da coroa e nas porções da cinta, e as porções da superfície de confronto dos seguimentos do rotor estão localizadas entre e afastadas das pás adjacentes do rotor composto. Uma vez que as porções das superfícies de confronto estão localizadas somente nas porções da coroa e da conta, nenhuma das pás é separada, assim eliminando a soldagem das pás durante a formação do rotor composto no local da hidroelétrica ou da barragem. Desta forma, o rotor composto não apresenta uniões por soldagem feitas nas pás, as quais são as partes operacionais do rotor submetidas às maiores tensões.
