Abstract

SISTEMA REGENERATIVO DE CLIMATIZAçãO ARTIFICIAL VEICULAR A invenção refere-se a um sistema regenerativo que emprega uma turbina de gás para transformação da energia cinética dos gases de exaustão do motor do veículo em energia mecânica para acionamento de um compressor do aparelho de ar condicionado veicular. O sistema regenerativo de energia para ar condicionado veicular compreende uma turbina de gás (1) acoplada em série ao coletor de escape (2) do motor de combustão interna (3) do veículo que transforma a energia cinética dos gases de exaustão em energia mecânica. No eixo do rotor (4) é acoplado o eixo do compressor (5) do aparelho de ar condicionado veicular convencional. Um modelo preferencial de turbina a gás (1), do tipo "MichellBanki", compreende uma carcaça (11), um coletor de entrada (12) e um coletor de saída (13). A carcaça (11) apresenta paredes laterais planas, em cujo interior gira um rotor de palhetas curvas (4), cujo eixo (41) é mono apoiado em um mancal externo (6). O coletor de entrada (12) está conectado diretamente no coletor de escape (2) do motor (3), enquanto que o coletor de saída (13) conecta-se ao cano de descarga do veículo. Um sistema de distribuição dos gases no interior da turbina (1) compreende um defletor curvo (14) de movimento angular no interior da carcaça (11) que desvia do rotor (4) a trajetória dos gases oriundo do coletor de entrada (12). Um comando (15) que sai pelo lado externo da parede da carcaça (11) permite a movimentação do defletor (14). A regulagem da posição do defletor (14) pode ser acionada manualmente pelo motorista, desde o painel do veículo, ou de forma automática, através de sensores de perda de potência do motor Um modelo preferencial de mancal (6) do eixo do rotor (41) apresenta dois mancais (42) que são mantidos permanentemente em banho de óleo que entra por uma abertura superior (43) e, após circular no interior do mancal, sai pela abertura inferior (44).
