Abstract

PROCESSO DE CONFECçãO DE COMPóSITOS DE POLIAMIDAS COM FIBRAS NATURAIS E COMPóSITOS DE POLIAMIDAS COM FIBRAS NATURAIS, prevêem o fato de se utilizar uma fibra natural para se obter um compósito com propriedades mecânicas próximas a um obtido com cargas inorgânicas através de um processo contínuo como a extrusão e da moldagem por processo de injeção; o processo apresentado permite a obtenção, através de injeção, de produtos acabados com características dimensionais precisas e complexas; o fato do compósito com fibra natural de Curauá apresentar propriedades mecânicas adequadas aliadas a uma menor densidade que o compósito com carga inorgânica é interessante para a indústria automotiva pois os veículos fabricados com peças mais leves consomem menos combustível.
