Abstract

"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA MARCAçãO DE MEIOS óPTICOS". Um disco de meio óptico com sistema de manipulação de informações é rotulado pela remoção de porções do material de policarbonato de disco do lado de não armazenagem do disco para formar uma imagem. Imagens formadas definem um rótulo nas diversas formas incluindo letras, Braille, furos de matriz de pontos ou baixo relevo. Outro material enche o policarbonato removido para reforçar a imagem com efeitos visuais, como elevação da imagem ou fornecimento de cor para a imagem, e para manter o equilíbrio do disco para rotação em uma unidade de disco óptico.
