Abstract
CHAPA DE AçO LAMINADA A FRIO EXCELENTE EM CAPACIDADE DE ENDURECIMENTO POR COZIMENTO DE PINTURA E PROPRIEDADE DE NãO ENVELHECIMENTO à TEMPERATURA NORMAL E MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DA MESMA. A presente invenção fornece uma chapa de aço laminada a frio excelente em capacidade de endurecimento por cozimento de pintura e propriedade de não cozimento a uma temperatura normal compreendendo, em % em massa, C: 0,0005 - 0,0040%, Si: 0,8% ou menos, Mn: 2,2% ou menos, 5: 0,0005 - 0,009%, Cr: 0,4 - 1,3%, O: 0,003 - 0,020%, P: 0,045 - 0,12%, B: 0,0002 - 0,0010%, AI: 0,008% ou menos, N: 0,001 - 0,007%, e um saldo de Fe e inevitáveis impurezas. Um aço de carbono ultrabaixo retendo N soluto e contendo Cr, P, B e O adicionados é usado para produzir chapa de aço laminada a quente e chapa de aço laminada a frio e chapa de aço laminada a frio galvanizada por imersão a quente que apresentam tanto capacidade de endurecimento por cozimento de pintura quanto propriedade de não cozimento a uma temperatura normal.
