Abstract

BROTOS DE LINHO DESMUCILADOS E SEU SUBPRODUTO BEM COMO PRODUçãO E APLICAçãO DOS MESMOS. A presente invenção refere-se a brotos de linho desmucilados derivados de sementes de linho cuja mucilagem foi removida. Os brotos de linho de acordo com a invenção são facilmente digeríveis e podem ser utilizados em diferentes campos, como por exemplo, na indústria alimentícia, em terapia e reprodução animal. A invenção refere-se também ao processo de produção e aplicações dos brotos de linho desmucilados. A presente invenção refere-se ainda a um processo para recuperar substância mucilaginosa gerada como um subproduto no processo de produção, bem como várias aplicações da mesma.
