Abstract

MEDIDOR DE VAZçO CORIOLIS E MÉTODO PARA DETERMINAÇçO DE CARACTERÍSTICAS DE ESCOAMENTO. De acordo com uma modalidade da invenção é provido um medidor de vazão do tipo Coriolis (5) . O medidor (5) inclui um ou mais conduítes de escoamento (103), pelo menos dois sensores de tomada (105, 105') afixados aos um ou mais conduites de escoamento (103), um acionador (104) configurado para fazer vibrar os um ou mais conduítes de escoamento (103) e componentes eletrônicos de medidor (20) acoplados aos pelo menos dois sensores de tomada (105, 105') e ao acionador (104) . Os componentes eletrônicos de medidor (20) fazem vibrar os um ou mais conduítes de escoamento (103) do medidor de vazão (5) com uma primeira freqUência de vibração e em um primeiro modo de dobra fora de fase, medem uma primeira resposta de vibração, com a primeira resposta de vibração sendo gerada em resposta à primeira freqUência de vibração, fazem vibrar os um ou mais conduítes de escoamento (103) com pelo menos uma segunda freqUência de vibração e no primeiro modo de dobra fora de fase, medem uma segunda resposta de vibração e determinam pelo menos uma vazão ponderal e uma viscosidade usando as primeira e segunda respostas de vibração.
