Abstract
ARMADURA DE SOLENóIDE COM VEDAçãO ESFéRICA INTEGRADA MALEáVEL. é descrita uma válvula aperfeiçoada (100) para utilização em um sistema de frenagem e estacionamento pneumático de veículos pesados. A válvula inclui um conjunto de bobinas de solenóide (110), uma base de válvula (122), uma armadura (130) e uma mola (150). O conjunto de bobinas de solenóide inclui um pedaço de pólo (112) e produz um campo magnético quando energizado. A base de válvula (122) possui uma superfície de base de válvula e define uma passagem de fluxo (126). A armadura (130) possui uma primeira extremidade (132) e uma segunda extremidade (134) e inclui uma vedação elastomérica em formato esférico (140) ajustada para engatar a base de válvula (122) para bloquear o fluxo de ar através da passagem de fluxo (126).
