Abstract
APARELHO E MÉTODO PARA MEDIR CARGAS SUSTENTADAS POR UM PINO DE SUPORTE. A presente invenção refere-se a uma disposição de suporte de pino para utilização em um trem de pouso de avião que inclui um pino (2) e um meio (5), que inclui calibres de tensão (4) para medir as cargas de cisalhamento e acelerômetros (17) para medir as cargas sustentadas pelo pino. O pino inclui um dispositivo de classificação de dados autocontido para classificar os dados referentes às cargas sustentas pelo pino. Assim, dentro do pino, está provida uma unidade de processamento (10), um armazenamento de memória (12), e uma fonte de energia baseada em bateria (14). Durante a operação normal do avião as cargas de fadiga podem ser monitoradas, a unidade de processamento (10) recebendo os sinais de entrada do meio (5) para medir as cargas e armazenando os dados de carga na memória (12). Os dados de carga armazenados são periodicamente extraídos da memória (12) durante a manutenção do avião.
