Abstract
MÉTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA MEDIÇçO DE ASPEREZA DE UMA CAMADA DE TINTA PELICULOSA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para analisar a aspereza de uma camada de tinta peliculosa compreendendo pigmentos de efeito por meio de um dispositivo de medição tendo uma cavidade com pa- redes internas refletivas e uma abertura de amostra, o dispositivo ainda compreendendo meio de iluminação para iluminação da cavidade e um dis- positivo formador de imagem digital direcionado da cavidade para a abertura de amostra e disposto a uma distância do centro normal da abertura de amostra, o método compreendendo as seguintes etapas: apresentar uma amostra de camada de tinta peliculosa na cavidade via a abertura de amostra; iluminar a cavidade; ativar o dispositivo formador de imagem para registrar uma imagem da amostra; comunicar os dados de imagem registrada a um computador programado com software de análise de imagem para analisar a imagem registrada. O eixo ótico do dispositivo formador de imagem é ajustado em um ângulo de 3 a 12 graus com o centro normal da abertura de amostra.
