Abstract

LIGA DE FUNDIÇçO ESFEROIDAL E PROCESSO PARA PRODUÇçO DE PARTES FUNDIDAS DA LIGA DE FUNDIÇçO ESFEROIDAL. A invenção refere-se a uma liga de fundição esferoidal para produtos de ferro fundido com uma alta resistência mecânica, uma elevada resistência a desgaste e simultaneamente uma elevada tenacidade, abrangendo como componentes não-ferro 2,5 a 3,8% em peso de C, 2,4 a 3,4% em peso de Si, 0,02 a 0,08% em peso de P, 0,02 a 0,06% em peso de Mg, 0,01 a 0,05% em peso de Cr, 0,002 a 0,02% em peso de AI, 0,0005 a 0,015% em peso de 5, 0,0002 a 0,002% em peso de B e as usuais impurezas, sendo que a liga contém 3,0 a 3,7% em peso de C, 2,6 a 3,4% em peso de Si, 0,02 a 0,05% em peso de P, 0,025 a 0,045% em peso de Mg, 0,01 a 0,03% em peso de Or, 0,003 a 0,01 7% em peso de AI, 0,0005 a 0,012% em peso de S e 0,0004 a 0,002% em peso de B. A liga é empregada por exemplo para produção de partes de mecanismo de marcha ou discos de freio na indústria automobilística.
