Abstract
DISPOSITIVO DE DESLIZAMENTO. Um dispositivo de deslizamento i é constituído de um prato oscilante 3 que inclui uma primeira superfície de deslizamento 3A e uma sapata semi-esférica 4 que desliza com o prato oscilante 3. O prato oscilante 3 é constituído de um material base 3B de latão de alta resistência contendo Mn e Si, e compostos granulares Mn-Si 6 muito pequenos são expostos no lado interno do material base 3B e na primeira superfície de deslizamento 3A (superfície do material base 3B) . O prato oscilante supradescrito 3 aumenta em quantidade de exposição dos compostos Mn-Si 6 expostos na primeira superfície de deslizamento 3A que é a superfície, aplicando gravação química no material base 3B depois de cortar o material base 35. Pode ser provido o dispositivo de deslizamento 1, que é favorável em resistência ao emperramento, a baixo custo de fabricação se comparado com os dispositivos de deslizamento convencionais.
