Abstract

SISTEMA, CHAVE DE MICROONDAS E MÉTODO PARA RESERVA QUENTE DE AMPLIFICADOR DE PODER DE RADIO FREQUÊNCIA. Sistemas e métodos para reserva quente de amplificador de potência de radiofreqúência (RF) são revelados, um amplificador de potência de RF auxiliar é adicionado e chaves de microondas SPDT são adotadas nos lados de entrada e de saída dos amplificadores de potência de RF primários para controlar o funcionamento ou não do amplificador de potência de RF auxiliar. Quando um amplificador de potência de RF primário falha, o amplificador de potência auxiliar pode imediatamente assumir as funções do amplificador de potência de RF primário falho sem interromper a força ou parar a operação de todo o sistema. Chaves de microondas SPDT com múl- tiplas linhas de transmissão e dispositivos de chave conectados com base em certas topologias são revelados. As chaves de microondas SPDT têm as funções de comutação de sinal e divisão e combinação de potência, topolo- gia de circuito simples, características excelentes de conjugação de impedância ou nenhum sinal refletido nas portas, portanto as chaves são altamente práticas e podem ser adotadas nos sistemas de reserva quente de amplificador de potência de RF.
