Abstract
SISTEMA E MÉTODO PARA AUMENTAR A QUALIDADE DE ÁUDIO DE SISTEMAS BASEADOS EM IP USANDO UM FORMATO DE CARGA éTIL DE AMR. Um método para aumentar a qualidade de áudio de sistemas baseados em protocolo de Internet (IP) usando um formato de carga útil de taxa múltipla adaptativa (AMR) . Se um isolador de rede indicativo de congestionamento de rede excede seu limite 210, uma determinação é feita se para colocar uma estrutura NO DATA no pacote de RTP atual ao invés da estrutura de AMR 240. Se as condições de rede estão muito congestionadas, então uma estrutura NO DATA é colocada no pacote de RTP atual 245. O processo é repetido para cada estrutura de AMR proveniente. O processo primeiro assegura que a taxa de codificação de AMR seja ajustada para sua taxa de codificação mais baixa possível 230 antes da substituição de uma estrutura de AMR com uma estrutura de AMR NO DATA 245. O modelo de substituição é difundido sobre o pacote de RTP total para evitar grupos de estruturas NO DATA. O processo pode também selecionar estruturas de AMR de valor de energia baixo 320 que seriam boas candidatas a substituição.
