Abstract

INSERçãO DE METADADOS PARA CONTROLE DE REPRODUçãO EM FLUXO DE TRANSPORTE DE VìDEO. Trata-se de um sistema receptor de video (20) que é condicionado para extrair metadados de controle de reprodução, correspondendo à informação de vídeo, de um fluxo de transporte recebido. O sistema receptor de video (20) identifica a presença de tais metadados em resposta à informação presente no cabeçalho de um pacote de transporte (160) . O receptor de video, após extrair os metadados, armazena os dados correspondendo a tais metadados em uma tabela (175). Ao implementar uma função de controle de reprodução durante a reprodução do video, o sistema receptor de vídeo (20) utiliza os dados na tabela para implementar uma função de controle de reprodução desejada. A inserção dos metadados no fluxo de transporte é feita usando o bit de prioridade de transporte, a carga útil ou os pacotes de transporte.
