Abstract
FREIO A DISCO EM TIPO DE CONSTRUçãO COM AUTO-REFORçO, E PROCESSO DE CONTROLE PARA UM FREIO COM AUTO-REFORçO. A presente invenção refere-se a um freio a disco no tipo de construção com auto-reforço, com uma unidade de tensão para o tensionamento de, pelo menos, uma pastilha do freio (20), de um lado de um disco do freio (2), mediante a realização de um movimento de tensão da pastilha do freio (20), na direção do disco do freio (2), que pode ser decomposto em, pelo menos, um componente de movimento (direção U) que passa paralelo e, pelo menos, um componente de movimento que passa tangencial em relação ao eixo de rotação do disco do freio e com, pelo menos, um acionamento por motor elétrico (23) para o acionamento da unidade de tensão, que é caracterizado por um projeto da unidade de tensão, de tal modo que, durante um movimento de tensão, ele converte as rotações uniformes de um eixo de saída do acionamento por motor elétrico em um movimento da pastilha do freio (20), cujo componente de movimento, pelo menos, na direção tangencial (direção U) é não linear. Além disso, é sugerido um processo para o controle de um freio com auto-reforço.
