Abstract
"COMPOSTOS E MéTODOS PARA O TRATAMENTO DE RESISTêNCIA à INSULINA E CARDIOMIOPATIA". Novos compostos, composições compreendendo os compostos, e métodos para métodos de preparo e uso dos compostos são descritos neste. Os métodos de tratamento ou alívio de várias condições, incluindo resistência à insulina, apoptose de células beta pancreáticas, obesidade, condições pró-trombóticas, enfarto do miocárdio, hipertensão, dispilidemia, manifestações da síndrome X, falência congestiva do coração, doença inflamatória do sistema cardiovascular, aterosclerose, sepsia, diabetes do tipo 1, lesão hepática, e caquexia, pela administração dos compostos descritos neste.
