" VEìCULO PESSOAL E TERRESTRE E AéREO" A presente invenção refere-se a um veículo (1) para passeio na terra e voó no ar, comprendendo: uma cabine (2) com rodas (3,4), a cabine(2) sendo projetada para acomodar pelo menos uma pessoa, um rotor(40) possuindo o eixo do rotor (41), uma base do rotor (44) e as pás do rotor (45) montadas na base do rotor(44);um suporte angular (30) transportando o rotor (40), o suporte angular (30) posuindo uma seção de baixo (31) se estendendo substancialmente paralela á cobertura da cabina, e possuindo pelo menos uma seção de perna (32) se estendendo substancialmente paralela á lateral da cabine, a seção de perna (32) possuindo uma extremidade livre conectada com a cabine (2); onde as pás do rotor (45) são articuladamente montadas junto á base do rotor(44); e onde a parte de baixo do suporte angular (31) com o rotor pode ser deslocada na direção longitudinal do veículo (1)
