Abstract

" TECIDO DE FORMAçãO DE CAMADA DUPLA COM ALTA RESITêNCIA DE PLANO CENTRAL" A presente invenção refere-se a tecido de formação de camada dupla, entretecido em um padrão de tecedura repetitivo total que exige pelo menos 8 aberturas de urdidudra no tear fornece uma baixa área de drenagem em um plano central teórico entre as camadas do lado do papel e da máquina, para resistir e retardar a drenagem de impacto inicial.Pares de fios aglutinantes transversais seguem uma trajetória combinada única entretecendo com os fios da camada do lado do papel e da camada do lado da máquina, com longas flutuações internas sob pelo menos quatro fios da camada do lado do papel entre os pontos de troca e os pontos de entrelaçamento na camada do lado da máquina. O tecido tem um enchimento de urdidura total depois do ajuste de calor de pelo menos 100%. As áreas de drenagem da camada do lado do papel e das camadas do lado da máquina estão entre 25% e 50%, e a área de drenagem do plano central está entre 8% e 20%.
