Abstract

"MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE DISPLAY E APARELHO DE FABRICAçãO DE DISPLAY". A presente invenção refere-se a um método de fabricação de display que é fornecido para a fabricação de um display incluindo uma microlente formada em uma superfície de um substrato TFT (2) e uma proteção de luz (11) correspondente a uma região interna de uma cobertura (5B). O método inclui uma etapa de disposição da resina fotossensível (8) em uma superfície do substrato TFT (2) no mesmo lado que uma iluminação de fundo, e uma etapa de exposição de luz através da abertura (5B) para curar parcialmente a resina fotossensível (8) e dessa forma formar uma parte curada (15a). A etapa de exposição inclui uma etapa de ralização da exposição enquanto muda um ângulo de incidência de luz, e aliterando uma velocidade do ângul de incidência de luz em uma direção.
