Abstract

"MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE UMA ESPUMA RETICULADA". A presente invenção refere-se a um método de produção de uma espuma reticulada, compreendendo o processamento de material de formação de espuma para que um corpo de espuma tenha um determinado formato, com supressão de uma formação reticulada, e o processamento de pelo menos um material de formação de espuma para que uma película externa tenha um formato de um filme fino, com supressão de formação de espuma reticulada, em que o material de formação de espuma para a película externa inclui um pigmento; disposição do material de formação de espuma para a película externa e o material de formação de espuma para o corpo de espuma em um molde de moldar, em que o material de formação de espuma para a película externa é disposto em uma cavidade interna de molde de moldar e, depois, o material de formação de espuma para o corpo de espuma é disposto sobre o material de formação de espuma para a película externa, para que o material de formação de espuma para a película externa cubra uma superfície do material de formação de espuma para o corpo de espuma; e reticulação do material de formação de espuma disposto para o corpo de espuma e para a película externa, com o que pode ser produzida uma espuma unificada coberta com a película externa, com uma ampla variedade de cores, mesmo em um processo adicional de aderência ou pintura.
