Abstract

COMPOSIçãO PERMUCOSA E MéTODO DE APERFEIçOAR ABSORçãO PERMUCOSA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição para administração transmucosa que permite que peptídeos e proteínas farmacologicamente ativos sejam eficazmente absorvidos através da mucosa, tais como mucosa pulmonar, mucosa naval, mucosa oral, mucosa vaginal, mucosa gástrica, mucosa gastrointestinal ou similares. Uma composição para administração transmucosa é preparada por adição (i) de pelo menos um membro selecionado do grupo que consiste em peptídeos e proteínas tendo atividade farmacológica; e (ii) pelo menos um membro selecionado do grupo que consiste em oligossacarídeos de quitosana tendo um grau de polimerização de 2 a 20, derivados destes, glicosamina, e sais destes.
