Abstract

FOLHA DE TECIDO COMPÓSITA TERMICAMENTE RESISTENTE E VESTIMENTA Trata-se de uma folha de tecido compósita termicamente resistente para ser utilizada como camada única ou externa de vestimentas de proteção, a qual compreende as camadas interna e externa de tecido (B, A) unidas uma à outra por uma disposição de linhas de conexão (12, 22, 32) arranjadas de uma maneira tal que a camada interna forma bolsas parecidas com bolhas (16) quando a camada externa (A) é levada a contração pela aplicação externa de calor intenso. A disposição das linhas de conexão (12, 22, 32) é constituída por linhas de conexão individuais isoladas (22) e/ou uma pluralidade de grupos isolados de linhas de conexão (12, 32), por exemplo, formando uma série de formatos de I ou V. As linhas de conexão são arranjadas em ângulos diferentes e espaçadas umas das outras para deixar aberturas (42) onde as duas camadas (A, B) não são conectadas uma à outra. Estas aberturas (42) unem uma extensão continua (40) das duas camadas não conectadas que circunda cada linha de conexão isolada (22) ou grupo de linhas de conexão (12, 32). Esta extensão continua (40) tem uma estrutura parecida com labirinto delimitada pelas linhas de conexão (12, 22, 32) em ângulos diferentes, de maneira tal que, quando uma determinada área da camada externa (A) é submetida ao calor intenso resultando na contração térmica, a camada interna (8) forma sob essa área uma série de bolsas parecidas com bolhas auto-fecháveis (16) que se formam individualmente em áreas distintas da extensão contínua (40) entre as linhas de conexão (12, 22, 32) e que são impedidas pela estrutura parecida com labirinto de se propagar ao longo ou através da folha.
