Abstract

COMPOSIçãO FLAVORIZANTE PARTICULADA, MéTODO DE PRODUZIR A MESMA, PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO, E, PROCESSO DE MANUFATURAR O MESMO. Um aspecto da presente invenção refere-se às composições flavorizantes particuladas compreendendo, baseado no peso total da composição, 0,1-40% em peso de substâncias flavorizantes, 10-90% em peso de um ou mais hidrocolóides, e 0,1-50% em peso de um material lipídico possuindo um ponto de fusão acima de 75<198>C. Estas composições flavorizantes são particularmente adequadas para aplicação em produtos alimentícios (incluindo bebidas), cuja preparação compreende uma ou mais etapas de processamento, bem como em produtos de confeitaria tal com goma de mascar. Outros aspectos da invenção relacionam-se a um método de produzir urna composição flavorizante particulada, a um produto alimentício tal como uma composição flavorizante e a um processo de manufatura de um produto flavorizante reconstituível.
