Abstract

TENSOR E SISTEMA DE TENSIONAMENTO PARA TENSIONAR UM ELEMENTO DE TRANSMISSãO DE POTêNCIA SEM FIM SOBRE O MOTOR DE UM VEìCULO AUTOMOTIVO Um tensor tem uma placa base e um braço pivó. Uma primeira extremidade do braço pivó é pivotavelmente montada na placa base para rotação em torno de um primeiro eixo geométrico. Uma mola compele o braço pivó para girar em uma direção tensora. Um conjunto de haste impulsora é pivotavelmente montado na segunda extremidade do braço pivó. O conjunto de haste é girante em tomo de um segundo eixo geométrico se estendendo paralelo ao primeiro eixo geométrico. O conjunto de haste impulsora se engata friccionalmente com o braço pivó gerando forças friccionais anulando e amortecendo a solicitação da mola. Quando a guia tensora é forçada a girar na direção tensora, o braço de momento atuante da força de haste impulsora causando a guia a girar no sentido da transmissão sem fim, e consideravelmente mais longo na extremidade final do curso tensor do que inicio do curso.
