Abstract
EXTRAçãO ECONÈMICA E EFICIENTE EM ENERGIA DE OXIGêNIO DE AR AMBIENTE PARA USO PORTáTIL E DOMéSTICO. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho e a um processo para separar oxigênio diretamente de ar, operando a uma pressão substancialmente atmosférica e recuperando a energia usada para resfriamento do ar entrante. Uma entrada de ar ambiente leva da atmosfera para um recipiente para confinamento de gases. Um criorresfriador tem uma superfície resfriada no recipiente, para condensar diretamente oxigênio do ar, a uma pressão substancialmente atmosférica. O criorresfriador resfria a superfície fria, a uma temperatura superior á temperatura do ponto de ebulição do nitrogênio e não superior à temperatura do ponto de ebulição do oxigênio para condensação de oxigênio. Um separador líquido/gás separa o oxigênio líquido dos gases residuais, ambos escoando por saídas separadas. Ar é propelido pelo sistema, a uma pressão substancialmente atmosférica, por um impulsor de ar. Um trocador de calor recupera a energia de resfriamento e desumidifica o ar entrante por transferência de calor do ar entrante para os gases de descarga.
