Abstract

COMPOSICãO ADOçANTE DE CALORIAS REDUZIDAS Trata-se a presente invenção de uma composição adoçante que aumenta o beneficio total do valor calorífico reduzido associado, por meio do uso de adoçantes de alta intensidade como colaboradores dominantes de doçura, evitando-se, mesmo assim, o problema da perda de propriedades organolépticas favoráveis associadas ao seu uso, por meio da incorporação de açúcares e de outros adoçantes sem açúcar de baixa intensidade, em uma pequena quantidade, entretanto suficiente para fornecer uma correção nas propriedades organolépticas.
