Abstract

LUVA TECIDA EM MALHA COM CAPACIDADE DE DISTENSãO DE PONTO CONTROLADA Uma luva tecida em malha (200) feita pela criação de cada uma das seções da luva usando-se uma carreira de tecelagem em malha separada em uma máquina de tecelagem em malha retilínea provendo dimensões variáveis de ponto. Cada uma destas seções provê suas próprias características de distensão projetadas de modo que a luva se adapte firmemente, ainda provendo flexibilidade e facilidade de movimento. A dimensão variável de ponto é obtida 1) pela variação da profundidade de penetração de uma agulha de tecelagem em malha em um tecido sendo tecido em malha por um programa de computador, 2) pelo ajuste da tração de fio entre um rolo de pinçar e um cabeçote de tecelagem em malha por um mecanismo controlado por um computador, e 3) pelo descarregamento ou pela captura de pontos adicionais em uma carreira.
