Abstract

MéTODO DE DESLIGAMENTO DISFARçADO PARA UM TERMINAL DE COMUNICAçãO MóVEL A presente invenção se refere a um método de determinação da localização de um terminal móvel usando um desligamento disfarçado, onde se um terminal móvel for desligado em um estado em que um assinante de serviço de comunicação móvel não pretende fazê-lo, apenas a função de indicação de localização do terminal móvel opera, mas as funções remanescentes são terminadas, como se a potência do terminal móvel fosse desativada. De acordo com a presente invenção, é determinado se o terminal de assinante está realmente desligado ou desligado de uma maneira disfarçada. Toda a potência do terminal de assinante é interrompida, ou toda a potência exceto pela potência para uma função de envio de localização é interrompida, dependendo do tipo de desligamento. Mais ainda, quando um sinal de requisição de localização é recebido a partir do servidor de um provedor de serviços de comunicação móvel após o terminal de assinante ter sido desligado de uma maneira disfarçada, o terminal de assinante envia um sinal de pressurização para um originador de chamada, que corresponde a uma informação de originador de chamada armazenada ali. A presente invenção é vantajosa pelo fato de, quando um terminal móvel é desligado por uma tecla de desligamento disfarçado, quando um usuário, tal como uma criança ou um adolescente, está em perigo, a localização do terminal móvel poder ser determinada através da localização do mesmo.
