Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE FRICçãO PARA UMA EMBREAGEM, NOTADAMENTE DE VEìCULO AUTOMOTIVO E EMBREAGEM PARA VEìCULO AUTOMOTIVO Esse dispositivo de fricção compreende duas guarnições de fricção e um suporte (28) que compreende um cubo (34) prolongado radialmente por pelo menos uma palheta (36) periférica delimitada por duas bordas angulares (38A, 38B). A palheta (36) compreende uma face de apoio (44) ligada à primeira guarnição e pelo menos uma face de apoio livre (46A, 46B, 55) em contato com a segunda guarnição. As faces de apoio ligada (44) e livre (46A, 46B) são separadas entre si por um degrau de palheta (S0A, S0B), delimitado por duas linhas (52A, 54A; 52B, 54B) de dobragem. Cada borda angular (38A, 38B) compreende uma parte cóncava (60A, 60B) que delimita o degrau de palheta (S0A, S0B) e partes das faces de apoio ligada (44) e livre (46A, 46B) adjacentes a esse degrau de palheta (S0A, S0B). A parte cóncava (60A, 60B) forma uma curva cóncava que, em todo ponto que delimita o degrau de palheta (S0A, S0B), apresenta uma tangente que forma um ângulo compreendido ente 70 e 110 com a linha de dobragem (52A, 54A; 52B, 54B) mais próxima do ponto em que é considerada a tangente.
