Abstract

JUNTA APARAFUSADA PARA TUBOS DE AçO E PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DA MESMA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma junta roscada para um tubo de aço compreendendo um pino e uma caixa com uma superfície de contato tendo uma parte roscada e uma parte de contato metálico não roscada, onde uma película de lubrificação sólida contendo um ou mais tipos de pós lubrificantes selecionados entre grafite, mica, carbonato de cálcio e caulim, um pó de cobre e um aglutinante, é formada em pelo menos uma superfície de contato do pino e da caixa. Um objetivo da presente invenção é fornecer uma junta roscada para um tubo de aço que permita repetidos apertos e desapertos da junta roscada sem influenciar adversamente no corpo humano e no ambiente, e que seja excelente na resistência ao esfolamento, na propriedade de prevenção contra a ferrugem e na pressão de gás.
