Abstract
MéTODO PARA UM PROTOCOLO DE PERìODO DE BALIZAMENTO E APARELHO DE BALIZAMENTO DISTRIBUìDO PARA UM DISPOSITIVO EM UMA REDE AD-HOC Em um protocolo MAC distribuído possuindo um superquadro sincronizado (102) compreendendo pelo menos um período de balizamento sincronizado (104), seguido por um período de transferência de dados (103), é provido um sistema e método para criar e manter vários períodos de balizamento (104) em posições diferentes no superquadro (102). Ao se unir à rede (300), um dispositivo (301) também se une a um período de balizamento existente (104) ou cria um novo período de balizamento (104) em uma posição do superquadro (102) que não se superpõe com períodos de balizamento (104) ou períodos de reserva. Períodos de balizamento (104) protegem mutuamente um ao outro pelos dispositivos (301), anunciando os períodos de balizamento vizinhos em seus balizamentos.
