Abstract
PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA AMORTECIMENTO DE MOVIMENTO EM MáQUINAS DE CONSTRUçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo e a um dispositivo para amortecimento de movimento em máquinas de construção (1) automóveis, sem molejo, especialmente carregadores sobre rodas com um aparelho de trabalho (1.2) acionado por meio de um cilindro hidráulico (1.4), uma fonte hidráulica, uma válvula (1.5) controlada para suprimento do cilindro hidráulico (1.4) com fluido hidráulico, uma unidade de regulagem (6) com um soft-ware de controle bem como com emprego de um sensor (2) executado como sensor de aceleração (2.1), sendo que o controle da velocidade do cilindro hidráulico (1.4) à base de uma reciclagem da aceleração abrange as seguintes etapas de processo: a. detecção do sinal de aceleração pelo sensor de aceleração (2.1) durante a marcha da máquina de construção, b. processamento do sinal de aceleração como grandeza de entrada pelo sofware de controle da unidade de regulagem (6) e determinação de um fluxo de controle (9) para válvula (1.5) como grandeza de saída para amortecimento do movimento e c. suprimento do cilindro hidráulico (1.4) como fluido hidráulico pela válvula (1.5) em função do fluxo de controle (9).
