Abstract
REATOR EXOTéRMICO ESFRIADO ATIVAMENTE São propiciados um reator catalítico, que inclui um trocador de calor, e um método para transferência de calor para um refrigerante e para um fluido de reação. O reator catalítico inclui um percurso do fluxo de fluido de reação, uma região de reação e um percurso do fluxo de refrigerante. Um fluido de reação reage cataliticamente em uma área superficial na região de reação, gerando deste modo calor. O calor é transferido para um refrigerante e para um fluido de reaçaõ com base nos coeficientes de transferência de calor por convecção do refrigerante e do fluido de reação, respectivamente. Em uma modalidade, a razão do coeficiente de transferência de calor por convecção do refrigerante para o coeficiente de transferência de calor por convecção do fluido de reação é pelo menos 5:1.
