Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE ESTIRAMENTO E FECHAMENTO DE FITAS DE CINTAMENTO. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo (10) de acordo com a invenção que serve de estiramento e fechamento de fitas de cintamento (17) para embalagem (11) e coisas parecidas. Ele possui um canal de fita (14) aberto longitudinalmente em um lado na direção longitudinal (28) da fita de cintamento, um dispositivo de estiramento de fita (19) atuando na área do canal de fita e um dispositivo de fechamento que une as extremidades da fita (15, 16) das fitas de cintamento se situando na parte de cima uma da outra em um estado estirado no canal de fita. De modo a garantir que as fitas de cintamento com larguras diferentes a serem processadas com o dispositivo sejam sempre processadas com a taxa de estiramento, tensão da fita, tempo de soldadura, tempo de permanência e/ou outros parâmetros de fechamento de fita corretos em cada caso, o dispositivo é proporcionado de acordo com a invenção com um dispositivo sensor (30) diretamente ou indiretamente gravando de a largura da fita de cintamento inserida e uma nidade de processamento e ajuste (31) interagindo com o mesmo, com a qual os parâmetros de fechamento de fita do dispositivo são automaticamente ajustados em função da largura da fita determinada pelo dispositivo sensor. O dispositivo sensor de preferência é disposto em um limitador de fita (23) que lateralmente guia as extremidades da fita da fita de cintamento no canal de fita.
