Abstract
VáLVULA DE INJEçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL ELETROMAGNéTICA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma válvula de injeção de combustível eletromagnética em que uma montagem de válvula formada conectando integralmente um elemento de válvula e um núcleo móvel um no outro está contida em um alojamento de válvula, e uma primeira parte de moente e uma segunda parte de moente são fornecidas na montagem de válvula de modo a ser suportadas deslizantemente no furo deguia em um alojamento de válvula, a superfície externa da primeira parte de moente (21) é formada por uma superfície deslizante (45) deslizável na superfície interna do furo de guia (14) e um par de superfícies de inclinação afuniladas (46, 47) conectando em ambos os lados dianteiro e traseiro da superfície deslizante (45); pelo menos a superfície de inclinação (47) no lado de núcleo móvel, de ambas as superfícies de inclinação (46, 47), é formada de uma primeira parte de superfície de inclinação (47a) conectando em uma parte terminal da superfície deslizante (45) e uma segunda parte de superfície de inclinação (47b) conectando na primeira parte de superfície de inclinação (47a); e um ângulo que a primeira parte de superfície de inclinação (47a) faz om um plano perpendicular à linha de eixo da parte de eixo de válvula (19b) é determinado maior que um ângulo que a segunda parte de superfície de inclinação (47b) faz com o plano. Onde uma diminuição em propriedade de encaixe inicial e um aumento em perda por abrasão, podem ser evitados, e o peso da montagem de válvula pode ser reduzindo enquanto são mantidas boa resposta e características de fluxo.
