Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO DE VáLVULA DE BORBOLETA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma disposição de válvula de borboleta para o bloqueio de uma abertura de fluxo em uma luva de válvula de borboleta, com um eixo de válvula de borboleta (5) acionável pivotavelmente, o qual, atravessando a abertura de fluxo transversalmente à extensão longitudinal da mesma, apóia-se, por meio de suas extremidades livres, na caixa da luva de válvula de borboleta. A abertura de fluxo pode ser bloqueada através de uma válvula de borboleta (1) ligada firmemente com o eixo de válvula de borboleta (5). A válvula de borboleta (1) apresenta uma abertura de admissão (4) que, em seu plano, estende-se continuamente e transversalmente à abertura de fluxo, abertura de admissão esta através da qual é conduzido o eixo de válvula de borboleta (5). Além disso, na válvula de borboleta acha-se configurado um rebaixo (3) na válvula de borboleta (1) que é contínuo da abertura de fluxo para a abertura de admissão (4) e em cuja região a válvula de borboleta (1) está ligada com o eixo de válvula de borboleta (5) por meio de uma ligação por solda.
