Abstract
COMPOSIçõES DE CREME DE SOJA E MéTODO DE PREPARAçãO. As composições de creme de soja junto com métodos para a preparação são divulgadas, tais composições que utilizam um constituinte de soja e umas culturas bacterianas termofílicas para fornecer uma composição de creme que tem as propriedades organolepticas do creme de leite e os benefícios para a saúde e os nutritivos da soja. As composições de creme de soja da presente invenção exibem também um tempo de estocagem aumentado e estabilidade a temperatura ambiente sobre os produtos de creme de leite tradicionais.
