Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO DE DESLOCAMENTO DE UMA BARRA DE COMANDO E PROCESSO DE MONTAGEM DE UM DISPOSITIVO DE DESLOCAMENTO DE UMA BARRA DE COMANDO". O adaptador (12) e o cárter dos mecanismos (13) são realizados em uma só peça, em forma de um cárter integrado que é fixado por meio do tubo adaptador (12) em uma abertura (9a, 9b) de passagem da cobertura de cuba (10). O invólucro tubular (14) comporta uma parte roscada (14a) que é inserida por parafusação em uma parte roscada (13c) na extremidade do cárter integrado (15) em uma disposição perfeitamente coaxial. Realiza-se uma soldagem de estanqueidade (18) entre duas bordas de estanqueidade respectivas do cárter integrado (15) e do invólucro tubular (14). A junta de soldagem (18) é realizada por fusão de um metal de aporte entre duas partes de extremidade de junção das bordas de estanqueidade por um processo de soldagem orbital automático. A etapa de montagem e de soldagem do invólucro tubular (14) no cárter integrado (15) pode ser efetuada no local do reator nuclear com uma realização de junta soldada (18) sem defeito.
