Abstract
"MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO DE CONJUNTO DE PRIMEIRO E SEGUNDO COMPONENTES". Um método para fabricação de um conjunto de primeiro e segundo componentes, tal como uma conexão de extremidade e uma camisa de eixo de transmissão para uso em um sistema de jogo de transmissão veicular. Inicialmente, um garfo é provido incluindo um corpo tendo um recesso provido no mesmo e um par de braços de garfo. O recesso define uma parte interna de corpo e uma parte externa de corpo no garfo. Uma parte de uma camisa de eixo de transmissão inserida no recesso entre a parte interna de corpo e a parte externa de corpo. Se desejado, unta ou mais estruturas de retenção ou um material adesivo podem ser providos em qualquer um, ou em ambos, dentre a camisa de eixo de transmissão ou o garfo. Então, um processo de formação de pulso magnético é realizado para deformar a porção externa de corpo, do corpo do garfo, para engate com a porção da camisa de eixo de transmissão para prover um conjunto combinado de camisa de eixo de transmissão e garfo.
