Abstract
SISTEMA CONSTRUTIVO PARA CASAS PRé FABRICADAS DE MONTAGEM RáPIDA BASEADO EM ESTRUTURA METáLICA COM CHAPAS DE AçO GALVANIZADO DOBRADAS Esta patente de invenção refere-se a um sistema construtivo para casas pré fabricadas de montagem rápida badeado no uso de estrutura metálica com chapas de aço galvanizado dobradas, preferencialmente com o uso de painéis pré moldados para o fechamento das paredes. Essa estrutura metálica é composta por perfis de chapas de aço galvanizado dobradas,alguns dispostos horizontalmente e colocados na base e no topo das paredes, enquanto outros dispostos verticalmente e compondo as paredes. Outros perfis ainda são solidarizados a blocos de fundação e recebem em seu topo encaixes com os perfis horizontais que servem de base para o piso e as paredes; outros perfis ainda são utilizados para apoio do forro e para composição de tesouras para a estrutura do telhado e para suporte das telhas.Os painéis componentes das paredes devem ser encaixados entre si por perfis de chapa de aço dobrada, dispostos verticalmente e componentes da estrutura metálica da casa, projetando-se, nas paredes externas, cerca de 1,5cm a 2,5cm adiante dos painéis de fechamento, para servirem como guia para aplicação de argamassa de revestimento, Este sistema construtivo apresenta como vantagens; (1) a rapidez de finaização da obra (podendo uma casa ser montada em poucos dias de trabalho, se montada por pessoal treinado), (2) a facilidade de montagem (podendo ser montada por pessoal sem treinamento e se prestando bem a mutirões de trabalho), (3) a limpeza no canteiro de obras (já que praticamente não há necessidade de preparação de concreto ou argamassa, além do que é necessário para a laje sob os pisos e para o fechamento externo das paredes, dispensando o armazenamento de areia, cimento, brita ou outros materiais), (4) a inexistência de desperdicio de materiais ( já que todos os componentes da casa são previamente preparados para a montagem, sendo cortados e/ou furados nas medidas apropriadas, incluindo os componentes hidráulicos e elétricos).CONSTRUCTIVE SYSTEM FOR FAST MOUNTED PREFABRICATED HOUSES BASED ON METAL STRUCTURE WITH FOLDED GALVANIZED STEEL SHEETS This patent refers to a building system for quick-assembled prefab houses using the metal frame with folded galvanized steel sheets, preferably with the use of precast panels for closing the walls. This metal structure consists of bent galvanized steel sheet profiles, some arranged horizontally and placed at the base and top of the walls, while others arranged vertically and composing the walls. Still other profiles are solidified with foundation blocks and receive in their top fittings with the horizontal profiles that serve as the base for the floor and the walls; other profiles are still used for lining support and shearing composition for the roof structure and for shingles support.The component wall panels must be joined together by vertically arranged bent sheet steel profiles and metal frame components. from the house, projecting, on the outer walls, about 1.5cm to 2.5cm in front of the closing panels, to serve as a guide for the application of coating mortar. This constructive system presents as advantages; (1) the speed of completion of the work (a house can be assembled within a few working days if assembled by trained personnel), (2) ease of assembly (can be assembled by untrained personnel and well suited to (3) cleaning at the construction site (as there is virtually no need for concrete or mortar preparation, in addition to what is required for the slab under the floors and for the external closure of the walls, dispensing with sand storage (4) no waste of materials (as all components of the house are pre-prepared for assembly, being cut and / or drilled to appropriate dimensions, including hydraulic and electrical components) .
