Abstract

"APARELHO VIBRATóRIO DE SEPARAçãO DE MATERIAL, E, SEPARADOR VIBRATóRIO DE MATERIAL". Um aparelho vibratório de separação de materiais tem pelo menos dois platós que transportam superfícies interrompidas por uma abertura de escapamento. Uma mistura compósita é transportada por uma ação de vibração para além do primeiro plató de transporte e por cima de uma seção foraminosa no primeiro plató de transporte adjacente à abertura de escapamento. O ar é direcionado ascendentemente através da seção foraminosa para fragmentar a mistura compósita, e um suprimento de ar formado por um duto de ar também é direcionado de modo angular em relação ao plano do primeiro plató de transporte para fragmentar adicionalmente a mistura compósita e para impelir as partículas de densidade e/ou dimensão predeterminadas para a área de apoio sobre o segundo plató de transporte.
