Abstract

"INSTALAçãO PARA REFRIGERAR E / OU CONGELAR PRODUTOS". A presente invenção refere-se a uma instalação para refrigerar e / ou congelar produtos (2) onde os produtos (2) são transportados por meio de uma correia transportadora (1) através de uma zona de tratamento dotada de equipamentos de refrigeração. A correia transportadora (1) é guiada através de guias de deslize (3) dispostas na armação de suporte. Para impedir que os produtos (2) fiquem presos por congelamento na correia transportadora (1), sugere-se que as guias de deslize (3) no seu lado superior, pelo menos em alguns segmentos, tenham uma forma convexa e / ou cóncava, de modo que a correia transportadora (1) desliza sobre curvaturas predeterminadas. Desse modo são geradas forças de cisalhamento nas superfícies de contato da correia transportadora (1) e dos produtos (2) que provocam a soltura dos produtos (2).
