Abstract

MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA A INSTALAçãO AUTOMáTICA DE UM DRIVER DE UNIDADE FUNCIONAL EM UM SERVIDOR ("HOST") Um método para o carregamento automático para um servidor de um driver de unidade funcional armazenado como parte de um programa executável em uma memória de uma primeira unidade funcional, o método compreendendo a conexão física da primeira unidade funcional a primeira unidade funcional ao servidor e se reportando para o servidor como sendo um dispositivo de armazenamento genérico para fazer uso de um driver de classe de armazenamento de massa genérico no servidor. Um sistema operacional do servidor lê um arquivo de início automático que faz parte do programa executável para carregamento e execução no servidor de um programa de configuração de driver que faz parte do programa executável. O servidor usa o programa de configuração de driver conforme executado no servidor para a instalação e a execução do driver de unidade funcional no servidor.
