Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UM COMPOSTO A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de um derivativo de 4-hidróxi-piran-2-on da fórmula(I), na qual R é e na qual RC¬ 1 ¬ e RC¬ 2¬ são metila e R¬ 3¬ é hidrogênio ou metila, compreendendo as etapas de, aquecer um composto da fómula (II), na qual R é conforme acima definido, e RC¬ 1¬ e hidrogênio, NHC~ 4~ ou um metal álcali, em uma mistura de solvente consistindo de um hidrocarboneto aromático e uma acetona em uma atmosfera inerte em uma temperatura entre 60<198> a 92<198> na ausência ou na presença de um ácido ortofosfórico ou de seus sais álcali de di-hidrogênio ou sais álcali de hidrogêio de um ácido di básico, seguido pela neutralização opcional da mistura de reação com uma base orgânica e obtendo um composo da fórmula (I) com uma alta pureza e substancialmente livre de impurezas aravés de uma etapa de isolamento e de cristalizpiação. O processo leva a formação dos derivativos da fórmula I com uma alta pureza com uma impureza de dímero (III) menor o que 0.1% e uma impureza anidra (IV) abaoxp de 0.158%.
