Abstract

"AçO DE CRÈMIO-NITROGêNIO MARTENSìTICO E SUA UTILIZAçãO". A presente invenção se refere a um material de aço possuindo uma boa resistência à corrosão. Em concordância com a presente invenção, o referido material de aço está caracterizado pelo fato de que este material de aço consiste de uma liga contendo em % em peso: - no máximo 0,12 de C; - 0,5 - 1,5 de N; - 12 - 18 de Cr; - no máximo 0,5 de Mn; - no máximo 0,5 de Ni; - 1,5 de (Mo + W/2); - no máximo 1,5 de (V + Nb/2 + Ti); - 0,1 - 0,5 de Si; - a partir de traços e até no máximo 2,0 de Co; - a partir de traços e até no máximo 0,1 de S; - o balanço sendo Ferro e essencialmente somente impurezas em conteúdos normais. A presente invenção se refere a utilização de um material de aço, conforme definido anteriormente em que este material de aço é utilizado para manufaturação de facas e de ferramentas, de facas de máquina e de facas manuais para indústria alimentícia, de ferramentas de moldagem de plástico e de parafusos de injeção para plásticos, de ferramentas para corte de produtos laminados fundamentados em papel para alimentos e bebidas e de rolamentos de esferas.
