Abstract

"CAIXA DE PAPELãO é PEçA BRUTA DE CAIXA DE PAPELãO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma peça bruta de caixa de papelão (10) para uma caixa de papelão formada de um material laminado e tem uma pluralidade de painéis conectados de modo dobrável que forma as paredes da caixa de papelão correspondente. Os painéis incluem painéis principais (11-14) separados por uma pluralidade de dobras longitudinais (16-19) e dispostas para formar pares de paredes laterais opostas na dita caixa de papelão correspondente. Um primeiro par de painéis principais (11, 13) são conectados de modo dobrável em cada extremidade em um painel terminal respectivo (22, 23, 26, 27), os ditos painéis terminais sendo dispostos para formar paredes terminais opostas na dita caixa de papelão correspondente com cada parede terminal incluindo primeiro e segundo painéis terminais. Um segundo par de painéis principais (12, 14) são conectados de modo dobrável em cada extremidade em uma borda transversa de uma aba terminal respectiva (36-39). A peça bruta é dobrável para fornecer uma caixa de papelão correspondente em que as bordas transversas das paredes laterais opostas, formadas pelo dito segundo par de painéis principais, são dispostas em correspondência geral com as bordas longitudinais de painéis terminais respectivos adjacentes e as bordas transversais das abas terminais respectivas conectadas às mesmas.
